Question!

Why is SkyWind waiting for a full release only when every quest and item have been completely done? Couldn't, in the mean time, the Morrowind (typically-named) bandits have just been swapped with Skyrim ones, for the sake of just exploring/playing Morrowind as nothing more than a new land?

I guess we could do this in

I guess we could do this in the mean time but I'd much rather we not do this it only adds work when we have to remove them. but at the same time those named bandits kinda make dungeon repeating impossible(not really important). but I think must of us are here to make skywind as close to morrowind as possible.(even if that means no dungeon repeating) Anyway I'd rather wait untill it's (semi)complete before really do major morrowind exploring. I never played morrowind that much(loged less then 5 minutes in game) so when I play skywind most of the stuff will be new to me and I don't want to spoil the true morrowind experience, and I would like to see skywind as close to morrowind as possible because of that( maybe not the miss miss miss hit miss miss combat though)

Generic bandits could somehow

Generic bandits could somehow be 'scripted' to appear once the original bandits have been killed. After dungeon clear?

:o

Oh, I thought that populating these places would make the work easier as they would be "placeholder NPCs", and be swapped out with the appropriate ones when the time is right.
