im trying extract the folders the ones for oblivion to skyrim ones and theres a elven texture thing thats broken and it wont continue from that and i dont know what im saying here but i need help D:

Maybe you could describe your problem a little bit better? - because I dont understand the issue, just that you cannot play. If its that hard, make some screenshots. But maybe somebody else knows what you really want to say.
Maybe he would say that had a problem with extracting the archive.
@mikeosix try winrar or 7zip(it's freeware and opensource). If you still had this problem try redownloading the archive, it can be corrupted
If you mean these files:
oblivion_skMeshesv01.part1.rar
oblivion_skMeshesv01.part2.rar
They are split archives,so do not try to unzip them separately.
Right click on oblivion_skMeshesv01.part1.rar and then choose "extract to oblivion_skMeshesv01.part1.rar\" [in 7z the freeware one] or the same choice in whatever you use.
Do no try to extract them one at a time.
