I'm a 4th year student at Abertay Dundee and have a good grasp of the languages stated above and I'd love to help out this project.

Well there are a variety of things you can use with C++. Where looking for someone who has reverse engineering skills in C++. Also where looking for someone to work on an installer. We also have a tool that you may be able to help out with (you'll have to contact Eham about that) Or you can learn papyrus (also the internal structure of skyrim) and help us make some game mechanics stuff in the game.
Contact me if your interested in game mechanics stuff like the reverse engineering for skywind and the papyrus stuff. Last I heard there might be a person already working on an installer, but I do not know for sure.
We could sure use your help for sure in any of these departments.
Ehamloptiran also might have tasks that involve programming.
