A Unique Sword I Made

Hi there! It's been a while since I've posted something constructive in this forum, so I thought I'd rectify that.

A few weeks ago I made a sword based on one of my very old weapons for Oblivion; namely, the sword named Fury, which was present in Morrowind (though it didn't have a unique model). I remade the sword primarily to see how much better I had become at modelling and texturing, since my original Oblivion Fury was one of my first ever swords.

Anyway, enough rambling. Since I haven't been bothered to upload this sword to the Nexus, I thought I might as well give it to you guys so it doesn't go to waste. It has got a unique look to it, slightly influenced by Morrowind (though the silver metal perhaps is not) while remaining practical, simplistic and realistic. I also made a matching scabbard to go along with it, which is hollow at the top with fake occlusion to make it look more real (see image "Scabbard").

Of course, since this sword was originally a recreation of Fury from Morrowind, I thought it would be cool if it could replace the Fury in Skywind. If not, then perhaps another sword? The more, the better, right?

I can also edit the sword if required - perhaps in the reflectivity and metal aspects so as to better fit in with the other weapons, but that's no drama.

Anyway, tell me what you think! :)

(I will upload it if you guys are interested.)

That looks pretty good. It

That looks pretty good. It looks like you did some nice clean UVW work on it. It will have to be run through zbrush for the textures to really pop.

Really liking this one!

Really liking this one! Ornate, but still practical, definetly the direction I'd like the weapon designs to take.

I don't have zbrush but if anyone else wants to do it, I'll upload the mesh and textures. :)

Actually, I'll upload it

Actually, I'll upload it anyway.

Feel free to modify it as needed, and I included the cubemap too. Just note that I have 4 different sets of textures for this sword (blade, grip, hilt, scabbard) because I like modularity.

Here you go! Dropbox Link

I also included a really basic .esp file so you can test it out quick. You have to obtain it using the console, though, since I didn't place it anywhere.
