I want do help with this project so much, even though I have pretty limited time and resources. I know about 50000 people have said this same thing, but is there anything I can do to help without being good at anything? Some posts are talking about how everybody regardless of experience should help, (and others say the exact opposite) but I don't know what to do. Also, if there is any jobs you think I could do, please tell me.

Can I help

Whenever the post says the opposite, is when someone with no experience wants to do a job that requires it :P There are quite a few jobs that are about organisation etc. Maybe someone will need you at some point.
Another way of course, is to open Creation Kit, watch some tutorials, build a home, make some basic mod, get sum $killz and you can be a more valuable asset ;)
Thanks, I'll try to get used to the Creation Kit (I had it downloaded from about a year ago but I never got around to using it).
We will need a lot of people to implement random encounters, and all the new idle banter line content written (7,000-10,000 new lines). If you're willing to learn how to do "scenes" for dialogue in the Creation Kit (using tutorials on the CK wiki site) you could become a very valuable asset. I think if you really want to help (or anyone else for that matter) and just focus on this one aspect you could master it relatively quickly if willing to put the time and patience to learning it (it's a bit boring/frustrating but you'd be adding new content!). If you're interested in this aspect, check the wiki and then try reverse engineering some of the opening city encounters in the CK for skyrim and create new encounters to test your knowledge.
I'm not exactly sure on what you mean by this, do I need to write dialog or implement them into the mod or what?
Dialog is written already. Almost every character in the game was given new lines in the form of conversations and idle comments. The new dialog will need to be implemented ingame, which is a fairly simple but time-intensive process. The project should be starting in the near future, so if you're interested stay tuned and maybe learn about how scenes (specifically random conversations) work in the Creation Kit.
If you know your way around 3ds or general animation I need people.
Just wondering, has this dialogue already been implemented? TwentyEngineerRunner said the project was starting soon in 2014, has it been completed?
