Try Regenerate your Distant
Your Landscape is Not Generating By the Time You Get There.
You could Use TES4II to Regenerate your Landscape LOD.
Try Regenerate your Distant LOD to see if this Helps Can Walk over this Point Not Fall Through the World Space.
