My goal with this thread is to inspire people to change the workflow that is currently being used. which is frankly chaos, there needs to be a huge change to the way the master skywind.esm is tracked and updated so that we may have faster and more stable builds. The above image should explain my idea for a new workflow which would use a git based asset tracking system to get the project running smoothly. this method would also allow us to get assets to landscapers faster by having a consistant assets file that is updated whenever we add files.
This would also allow us to track who is pushing what through the system, And means we can use our Landscaping trello board to its fullest potential by mapping out who is working on what cells.

If anyone is confused or has suggestions, then please let me know :)

I think you already know of my attitude towards anything that improves organization. I've actually asked why we don't use github a couple of times, never really seemed to be any support or explanation. If this was a "real" project, I'd say it was doomed due to the lack of management systems and clear instructions on workflow. But this isn't a normal project, and somehow what we currently have works, but I doubt it's very efficient. You'll get a thumbs up from me.
