Since this is in the Project

Since this is in the Project Vivec forum page, perhaps glowing canton domes? I'm not sure if they would let light through or not though.

I think that would be a tad too much. One could think about making the dome of the palace of vivec glow like this though. I'm not sure if that's not a little too much either, but trying it sure wouldn't hurt.

Btw. What about that nice windows by Revada? Are they in game already? Would be nice to see them glowing.

Well, this is basic level

Well, this is basic level design. It's used for skymeshes too. This has been in since oblivion, I think.

Edit: And light sources too. (See the Bleak Falls Barrow room where you find the Dragonstone.)
