I asked Sarethi for my duties and he said that Bolvyn Venim will never accept me as top master of Redoran, so I have to challenge him to a duel. I used all conversation options with Sarethi but no quest started. I went to Bolvyn Venim and again used all conversation options and there's no way to challenge him to any duel. I went back to Sarethi to see if I missed anything, but there's no option to start this quest. I'm using the latest Morroblivion version (downoladed and installed it few days ago).

I do not remember right now. Can someone tell me setstage quest ID for this one? I'd like to start it this way because I don't want to have unfinished Redoran business because of some bug. Morrowind quest ID doesn't work here.
