I am going through the Mage Guild quests and the one called 'Ceramic Bowl' has a bit of a bug, i think on my end.
I am supposed to go to the shop next to the mage guild in Balmora and speak with Ra'Virr to get a ceramic bowl and take it back to Ajira at the MG. The issue is that Ra'Virr is not there. I can't figure out where he is or how to get him back via console.
Any ideas?

He should be in his shop, his AI doesn't allow him to leave it. If he's not there he's probably dead. to check open the console and type "prid 018203db" . The name should appear at the top of your screen now. Then type "getdead" If it returns as =1 type "enable", press enter, then "resurrect". He should be alive and well again by then. If he's still not in his shop also type "moveto player"
