Hi Minpin
While your modeling looks decent, albeit being high in the poly count for an LP, we need to see some more proof of skill. Specifically of baking, sculpting and textures. At this point, we only accept people who can do full pipeline jobs. Experience with tilesets/modular design is also well sought after(see this for information: http://blog.joelburgess.com/2013/04/skyrims-modular-level-design-gdc-2013.html). Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to teach people from scratch. So you'll need to create something that can convince us of this.
