morroblivion_ob.esp is not loaded?

Submitted by Ruskiyvix on

I get this message upon starting a new game.
- morroblivion_ob.esp is not loaded.
- You are missing at least one of the core Morroblivion BSA archives.
- Morroblivion INI file is missing. Using default settings.

I am using the Steam versions of Morrowind and Oblivion. Both are GOTY editions. As far as I can tell, I've followed the installation instructions to the letter.
Any help would be fantastic.

You didn't install Morroblivion resources.

In Wrye Bash right click on Morroblivion_v064_Complete.7z and select "Install"

I get the same error message, but I cannot use Wrye Bash, is there something I can do?

Amaden

I cannot use Wrye Bash

Why?

I'm using Vortex as my mod manager, I run all my Oblivion Mods through it. Unfortunately they don't work next to each other and I can't intergrate Wrye Bash properly.

I have never used Vortex, so can't really help you with that.

You can always install the mod manually, according to the installation instructions.

Okay, I'll try that again, maybe I overlooked something.

Thank you! :)
