[Environment] Application to help with improving environment

Hi I'm Doodlezoid. I'm on the nexus and have made a few grass mods. I've been working on other projects as well though. I feel I know my way around improving textures and CK. I want to brush up the environment. I have a higher standard than most others I guess. I just want to give it polish if possible. I can help imrpoving other things as well. I like good graphics so would want to get them to be a higher standard if it's needed. I'm not good at making completely new meshes though. Skywind is a project I've followed closely (I'm so hyped!!!). I just want to help, if I can. I'd also like to maybe help with Skyblivion since it's my favourite game of all time.
