Hello,
I've been an avid scrolls player since Oblivion released (I went back & played Morrowind afterwards). I know a great deal about the series, from lore to statistics, and have always respected the infinite amount of detail poured into the audio environment.
I have completed two audio design classes at my University, and am working towards a bachelor in Film Production. This would be my first experience adding SFX to a video game, and I would approach each detail w/ care & complexity. Morrowind has an abundance of sounds that add to the immersion of the player in Vvardenfell's isolated alien world, and I would be more than happy to assist making the audio environment a functioning reality. I have access to two professional-grade studios, a multitude of audio capture equipment, FL Studios & Adobe Audition.
Thank you for your time!

Hello,
Hello,
Thanks for applying to SFX Skywind. I would suggest looking at a creature (Cliff Racer for example) and create some sound effects for it and then post it here. Remember, the Cliff Racer is a very iconic creature!

Please create approximately 5-8 variations of each of the following:
-short inhale and exhale sounds (for idle animations)
-warning / detecting stealthed player sounds
-attacks
-getting hit / pain
-deaths
As a general rule, I keep the attacks and hits very short, around .5s or less - almost like a cough - because they play so often in combat. The inhales can be 1-2 secs, the stealth as well, and the deaths as long as you like :)
Thanks
