Work place and Progress

I would like to first say that I am new this website and community, and I'm excited for what's to come. My main question would be what the volunteers workplace looks like. It's always great to hear about all of this progress for projects like this, but when I get to visibly see the game being made, it makes it all seem that much realer! Thanks for doing what you're doing.
