Exterminator Quest Glitch?

I tried to join the Fighter's Guild but I'm having some issues with the first quest and would appreciate some help. When speaking to Edryno Arethi She says that there should be 3 cave rats but only 2 spawn (even after loading a previous save, restarting my PC) as well as saying that there should be some in the storage area upstairs. I cannot find this upstairs area. (I don't know if the upstairs area was left out of the interior on purpose or if that's a glitch as well.) But either way not enough cave rats are spawning. Every time I talk to Edryno she asks if I'm going to kill the rats and I can't figure out how to advance the quest.

I'm not sure what part of this article you're referring to. I'm assuming the "...one rat closed up in the bedroom and two rats upstairs" of the article. My issue is two cave rats are spawning in the bedroom and there is no upstairs, at least that I can find.

if I remember correctly, exit

if I remember correctly, exit from house and turn left/right from house's door, and you can see stair; up the stairs there's the door for the storage

Go out Door turn Left up the

Just Completed the Quest 2 rats Down Stairs 4 Rats Upstairs no Prob. Glitch has to be on Your End.

What Level are You and Skill set Strength,Armorer and others to Do with Quest.
