Is there anyway that Skyblivion and Skywind can be put on Creation Club to have access on PS4, I don't know if this is true but I was told that the Creation Club won't have the same limitations that PS4 Mods have?

Hello,
Skywind has always been designed as a free mod, therefore we will not be part of the Creation Club.
Cheers,
Cesare
It says in the Skyrim EULA, anything you make is Bethesda's property lol. There's nothing stopping Bethesda from taking Skywind and releasing as their own.
If You distribute or otherwise make available New Materials, You automatically grant to Bethesda Softworks the irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free, sublicensable right and license under all applicable copyrights and intellectual property rights laws to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, perform, display, distribute and otherwise exploit and/or dispose of the New Materials (or any part of the New Materials) in any way Bethesda Softworks, or its respective designee(s), sees fit. You also waive and agree never to assert against Bethesda Softworks or its affiliates, distributors or licensors any moral rights or similar rights, however designated, that You may have in or to any of the New Materials.
If Bethesda released it as they're own that would be a Huge F*** U to the modding community for their work. But on the bright side it would get this mod to Consoles and Disc Form. :P
This would be very good for
This would be very good for localization into other languages.
