Main quest isn't ending properly

Hello, I'm having an issue with the main quest where after killing dagoth ur and speaking with all the sleepers my journal still thinks I'm on the fourth and fifth trials. I completed them ages ago and it updated properly at that point I think. I spoke with nebani mesa and vivec and got wraithguard etc, etc and all was well and good until completing the main quest. Now no one acknowledges that Dagoth Ur is dead, or that I'm nerevarine or hortator. The npcs still think the main quest is stuck at the fourth and fifth trials, including nebani mesa. I have my quest marker in her tent but there are no new conversation topics.

I did see the topics with people having similar problems getting stuck at 4th and 5th trials but my issue is different. I got past that point and finished the main quest but am now back at the 4th and 5th trials in my journal.

I wasn't previously but I just installed 1.7. It didn't seem to fix the issue.

Morroblivion-Fixes is

Morroblivion-Fixes is intended to fix bugs before they happen. Unfortunately, once a bug has already occured, it usually requires customized console commands and patches to fix the saved game. However, I do have a interim patch for additional mainquest bugged dialog which will be incorporated into version 1.8 -- it's doubtful that it will be helpful, but it's worth a try.

If that doesn't work and you are still determined to fix your saved-game rather than go back to an older one, please post the following:

1. NPC's name which is affected by bug
2. The dialog topic which triggers the incorrect dialog by NPC (or if NPC says bugged dialog as initial Greeting)
3. The exact lines of dialog which NPC says incorrectly (the last two lines of dialog is enough)

The july2017-mainquest-fixes.esp requires Morroblivion-Fixes version 1.7 to be installed.
