Hi!
I have problem with recharging enchanted items.
When I go to an enchanter and click on the recharge button, my enchanted items never show up in his menu. Doesnt matter if I have the items equipped or just in my inventory, nothing shows up??
Have the core 0.64 version (+menuque)
"Ring of far reaching"
Got it from a Thiefs guild quests, no mods (only your 2 fixes)
It was empty when I got it and I cant seem to charge it when visiting an enchanter.
You won't be able to charge a lot of things until you equip the item and try to use it the first time, iirc.
I'll try to reproduce the error...
UPDATE:
The Ring of Far Reaching is working as intended and is recharging successfully using Galbedir at the Balmora Guild of Mages. I am using Morroblivion v064 + Morroblivion-Fixes v1.7 + Morroblivion-Magic-Fixes v1.7. The Ring of Far Reaching will show up in Galbedir's Recharge menu after using the ring at least once.
Potentially, if you activated Morroblivion-Fixes v1.7 after having already equipped and used a magic item, some of those items may not appear in the recharge menu. If this happens, dropping the item on the ground and picking it up may fix it. If that doesn't work, then using the console to delete and additem may work.
What other magic items are giving you this problem?
I still remember having a permanent luck penalty due to an Npc casting a Hex Charm on me and it never expiring, lol
Controlled by Level to Recharge, what Level are you.
There are some items that are
There are some items that are not fully converted to the Cast-When-Used enchanted item system in the unfixed v064 Morroblivion. The later version of Morroblivion-Fixes will address many of these items and prevent your situation from happening. But once the error condition occurs (no enchanted item in recharge menu), fixing the saved game can be very difficult.
Please give us more details: What is the name of the item(s) affected? What is the name(s) of the enchantment? Where did you obtain it? Who is the enchanter? Are you using any mods?
