Can't Leave Fargoth's House

Submitted by s50cal on

I don't know if this has already been brought up but whenever I enter Fargoth's House in Seyda Neen, the door to Seyda Neen becomes uninteractive, meaning I can't get out afterward. Anyone know how to fix this?

I see nothing wrong in the CS, and I do not have this problem when I enter Fargoth's house.
