I am a member of both the Thieve's Guild and House Hlaalu. Imediately after joining the Thieve's Guild I noticed that every person I talked to, regardless of if they were in the guild or not, had the dialogue line "Join the Thieve's Guild" when speaking to them. Every time I click on the person it responds "You are already one of us, toffer." Unless they are in the guild, in which they then respond with the same thing, only using my actual rank.
