One Question About Oblivion for Professionals

I dont like that lighting shining on skins and material i just wanna close it in tweaks what should I do?

Both Oblivion Reloaded and ENB have options to make Oblivion's HDR more reasonable

I am using oblivion reloaded, how can I change it?

I solved it finally there is no shining face&skin&material

Hey, that's me. FWIW, I'm pretty sure Oblivion Reloaded has the skin shader enabled by default. My INIs only tweak the default settings a bit.

After I used your tweaks, there is no shining skin or material

Or I should play more and see what happens?(Maybe my eyes illusioned)

Did you have any advise for me?Should I disable skin shader?
