This is a clean install of the Retail Discs of both Morrowind and Oblivion, both are GOTYE. I have followed these instructions (https://tesrenewal.com/forums/oblivion/morroblivion-mod-releases/8114) to the T and when I launch Oblivion it still just plays Oblivion. Any help is greatly apreciated.
