can't move | Morroblivion

I can't seem to be able to move on the ship you start on even after several minutes at all

not sure why.

I get that occasionally too, I just restart Oblivion and it is Ok again....

I had this issue... Jiub not appearing right? .... main quest is not starting properly. Do you use Morroblivion Improved? . If so (and that is the reason for this bug here) move Morroblivion Improved right under Morrowind_ob.esp but above Chargen Transport esp. That fixed the problem for me . If you don't have Morroblivion Improved it might again be the same issue but with another Morroblivion mod. try to change load order and make some tests.
