I have tied everything. deleted steam completely, changed the drive, started it from steam, installed the click to continue dialogue obese mod, installed the obese tester. it says it was installed correctly but for some reason, I have a conflicting mod or something because the NPC text window is about 2-3 seconds no matter the length. PLEASE HELP.

Make sure you have properly
Make sure you have properly installed "Ely's Universal Silent Voice". This is the OBSE plugin which adds silent voice-file to dialog text that do not have voice recordings -- thus allowing the text to remain on the screen for more than 2-3 seconds. This is NOT a regular mod file and must be installed using the instructions on the installation page for OBSE plugins. Good luck
