Imperial Altar in Vivec for Morroblivion v066

Unspectacular small fix for an overlooked place: the Imperial Cult altar in Vivec (Foreign Quarter Canalworks) is replaced by a Velothi model. 
 

• The idea is to avoid the ugly vanilla style mix of the grey imperial altar architecture in a Vivec interior.
• The change is merely aesthetic: the Velothi altar is combined with the conventional imperial altar cloth.
• The shrine still has all the functions of an IC altar.  

Credit

• Tamriel Data includes a slightly edited Velothi altar mesh covered by a cloth. I just changed the texture of it to match an IC shrine, the credit for the original mesh edit naturally goes to the TR team.
