This is a remake of the Hlaalu architecture found in Morrowind. It tries to make use of Oblivion's engine capabilities, like normals, parallax, and reflection maps, to give a realistic feel to the cities. It's still a test version, however, and will very likely be subjected to change. The main reason why I am publishing it is to hear opinions from other people.
I am mostly interested in hearing about:
- The tiles at the corners of the buildings (I am considering turning them into plaster or something else)
- The slanted part of the walls close to the ground, below the plaster
- The cover at the sides of the stairs
(if you don't like the three above this line, you can go to textures/morroblivion/improved/architecture/hlaalu/ and delete the files that start with txuhlaaluusideedge and txuhlaaluutopedge) - Brightness levels
- Stuff which you think doesn't fit
- Transitions from texture to texture that you think don't work right.
The meshes contain UV corrections and enable additional textures, as well as parallax.
I have also included a couple files that aren't strictly Hlaalu: some clutter (new crates and baskets) and Imperial walls. If you don't want them, you can delete textures/morroblivion/improved/architecture/imperial , textures/mip , and meshes/mip.
