I just started playing Morroblivion. I had some issues, but one by one I found the solutions. Except for one thing. I have a completely blank map. On other threads I noticed that in the Data/Textures/Menus/map/world should be 5 files: map-morr-enormous.dds, map-morr-enormous-HD.dds, mournhold.dds, Vvardenfell.dds and Vvardenfell_n.dds. In my Morroblivion Installer pack in 01 Poster Map folder, there were only the first three dds files and none of the Vvardenfell files, so maybe that's the problem.
I also send you my load order, as maybe something is missing here or there is a wrong order of files.
My load order is:
Oblivion.esm
Morrowind_ob.esm
Morrowind_ob.esp
Morrowind_ob - Morroblivion Maps.esp
Morrowind_ob - UCWUS.esp
Morrowind_ob - Conversation.esp
Morrowind_ob - Chargen and Transport Mod.esp
Morrowind_ob - MorroblivionTreeReplacer.esp
