    Whenever I attempt to enter Heaven's Gallery from Weepingbell Hall in Arkngthand, I'm met with a gray screen (still with my HUD, and held weapons shown). Once I move or turn, I see Heaven's Gallery (I think) with me rapidly zooming back and forth a short distance. I can't continue, but can interact with the door if I time my interact with the zooming. If it means anything, right at the beginning, during the gray screen, the HUD informs me I've entered Molag Amur. I've checked my load order. I only have the required mods and several optional mods listed on the release page. I've also tried lowering graphical settings. I took a short vid, but can't figure out how to show it. XD

This is a known issue, The entire cell in the construction set is not editable either. It will be fixed in v67.. A patch could be made for previous saves
