[Resolved] Soulgem Replacer by Eloth: Game crashes when data file enabled

Not sure what's up with this. If I enable the SoulgemReplacer.esp, the game simply crashes to desktop before it even loads. Disable the esp file and the game loads fine. Any ideas?

Edit: SoulgemReplacer.esp shows as pink in Wrye Bash...possibly important?

Cleaned File

Eloth's mod requires Bloodmoon_ob.esm and Tribunal_ob.esm. Oblivion is stupid about Master files. Both of these are empty; they ONLY thing they do is crash Oblivion if you don't have them.
