I feel bad about posting this because its probably already been asked a billion times. However I can't find any.
Does anyone know roughly in a percentage how close Morroblivion is to completion?

Yep, you can play pretty much
Yep, you can play pretty much all of the original Morrowind quests, but Tribunal and Bloodmoon are barely started.

Wow, you guys have cruised since I last visited this site. Last time I was here, none of the quests apart from the main quest were completed.

Well a percantage is not a right way to talk about our progress. Because we have nearly finished all Morrowind already(except for the bugs we constantly fix); but we still have a lot of projects in our minds to improve Moroblivion, for ex: radiant AI's or new icons...
So this project may never finish, because there is always some room for improvements.
