Oblivion not running | Morroblivion

I have Wrye Bash, BOSS

I am using Windows Vista, but I installed Oblivion and Morrowind to an external hard drive (my H drive), where I run all my games. I have installed the morrowind files, vvardenfel imports, and the world transport mod.

When I go to run the game, Oblivion opens up for a few seconds, then crashes. (I do not use steam).

Edit: I believe my problem is the Shivering Isles expansion. In Wrye Bash with vvardenfel imports highlighted, it shows I am missing the Shivering Isles esp. Could this be causing my problem?

Do you have the shivering isles expansion? It is required.

You must have oblivion goty

You must have oblivion goty installed, have oblivion out of program files if you have vista or win7, and you cannot use the world transport mod Cnme, as it conflicts with the new version of morroblivion.
