Light texture error?

Hello, I'm having a bit of trouble with Morrowind.  I suspect I incorrectly installed a mod somewhere, but I'm not sure which one it would be.  The light maps on many weapons and some monsters appear fragmented and broken - the textures themselves are fine, but whenever light shines on them, the textures are all messed up.  How can I fix this?
