My character is a vampire wearing the full crusader's armor set (heavy, no crusader weapon) and a Ring of Lordship from Mania giving me 200+ resist disease. This works perfectly as long as I stay in Cyrodiil, when I go into Vvardenfell the resistance seems not to work. Specifically I caught the Morrowind version of Yellow Tick. Is this something to do with the new morrowind diseases not recognizing the resistance and can it be fixed?

I think you need to get resistance to Morrowind deseases. You see, they're different strains there.
I was immune to Cyrodiilic diseases, but you need to be innocculated (get resist from disease from a morrowind spell source) in order to be resistant to Vvardenfell strains.
At least this is my theory...
