Cyrodiil - Morrowind Timeline Bug

Every once in a while, especially in Mage's Guild halls throughout Cyrodiil, while walking by an NPC might say to another NPC that they heard that Morrowind has just named a new Nerevarine.
I'm wondering if this dialogue has been removed or halted until the PC is actually the Nerevarine.
Just thinking aloud. Something I just thought of when wandering through Balmora.

People need to be WAY more specific when they report things. I'm sorry, but this is so vague that it would be impossible to do any digging. I don't know what mods you have installed; I don't know who said what; I have nothing real to go on. The game is Oblivion not Morrowind, and we have done our best to filter out Oblivion chatter, but I can't really tell what, if anything, would need "fixing" based on what you have said here.

Everything I said was pretty much just from memory when I was in a Mages Guild. It doesn't bother me that there's dialogue about the Nerevarine, but I thought you guys would want to know this.
