After extracting you get a folder called "Morroblivion_Imperial_M_v2.0" inside is the normal Data folder, just copy that one to Oblivion main folder and your done, just remember not to overright any sound files.

All NPC’s will get Audio
All NPC’s will get Audio Dialogue, and LipSinq. It is not a perfect sollution but for the moment the best I can produce. I am still planning on improving it.
Future improvements are:
- Reducing full size back from ~40GB to just ~4GB.
- Getting all races / sex unique sounding voices.
- Fixing all remaining bugs end errors.
Without a propper Dialogue Export file that not going to happen.
Start Construction Set > Load Morrowind_ob.ESM > Character > Export Dialogue…

Plus, with a little bit of know how, these voice mods for the original morrowind can be used for some NPCs as they are higher quality than computer generated voices. (Personal use of course, to release publically you would need to attain the original author's permission to use the sound files)

i think they just voice a few, you should use SBs mod & then replace the few NPCs with the ones from the Morrowind mods, obviously you will have to do a little bit of modding yourself.

later ill downlaod the fmales also, its not something impressing but its better than nothing xD nice work !
