Oh yeah also, when using the Construction Set Extender (CSE), you can edit your CSE .ini file (i think it's either in \Oblivion\ or \Oblivion\Data\ or \Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins\, I forget which). The main edit you want to make is to disable the warning about numeric formID/baseID's, cause there are a lot of those in Morrowind_ob.esm, so you will get warnings all the time when editing things with the CSE enabled.
