Yea it's possible, i think you just have to activate your oblivion mods in the oblivion launcher and restore the oblivion.ini (make a backup of both, one for Nehrim and one for Oblivion), and deactivate the Oblivion data when switching back to Nehrim copying over the modified .ini.
