Second time round Still got Done for Murder..

So waited till he was in doors played Quest the same way did not get done for murder.

Under Oblivion you Could finish an argument in Public as long Your Player did not start the Attack first you could kill them..

This part of the game -IS- Oblivion, Morroblivion has nothing to do with crime detection. Some modifications have been done when Morag Tong writs are involved, but as far as I know has nothing to do with any other aspect of crime. Oblivion is... not perfect. I really think this is a case of Oblivion not working like it should, not Morroblivion causing problems.

For the same quest i have a bug. I can finish the quest without having the Black Jinx in my possession. If i click the Black Jinx conversation again, Raven Omayn asks me if i have the Black Jinx and if i click yes the quest is finished without me having the Black Jinx, neither the "black jinx have been removed" message. But the quest is finished and successfull.

Yep, you are right.

I have added a condition to the dialogue and also fixed another bug I spotted - now you can get the ring for free if you are a high-ranking member of Morag Tong.
