Kill ash vampires weak dagoth ur

On http://www.uesp.net is written that killing an ash vampire should weak dagoth ur in the final battle, but the script doesn't work properly.

Is this behaviour restored on morroblivion v55? Or is restored in a mod?

I'm searching a way to modify the actor values of dagoth ur even if he is not loaded.

I did it. It wasn't too hard. I used a global varible and the script attached to ash vampire and dagoth ur.
