I already killed the orcs before getting the quest. Now I go in the sanctuary and nothing happens, also Eydis Fire-Eye will not accept the quest as finished. I'm really linking thins project, but I've would hate to get stuck here, there are any commands to move on?

try this in the console:
setstage fbmwFGAlofsFarm 50
here is a patch for this issue that fixes the dialogue conditions.
