Guild Mages Quest (Edwinna Elbert Line)

Many subjects and NPC are absent even after quest activate, it is connected with that that on these subjects the option " Initiale disable " is exposed as I understand this option should hide object until then yet will not give a corresponding quest, but it why that does not work properly and a subject or NPC remain not visible (for example NPC Minabibi Assardaranit on a quest " Meeting with a Wise Woman ", and also subjects on a quest " Nchuleftingth Expedition ") but if these problems with "invisibility" of subjects are very easily corrected by removal of a tick from these subjects in CS, and these quests are passed without problems. That here further are greater problems with that that after passage of a quest " Nchuleftingth Expedition ", further already there is no opportunity to finish quest line from Edwinna Elbert in Ald'ruhn as does not appear dialogue topic connected with quest " Scarab Plans in Mzuleft ", and after demand "Duties" it speaks that are necessary to it dwemer plans but after to it you bring these most " Dwemer Scarab Plans " it on them absolutely does not react in any way and continues to insist on that that " Are necessary to it dwemer plans ", I think that activation of the given quest from console will not bring any results and dialogue topic and will not appear at Edwinna Elbert (is checked up not unitary on other "brought down" quests in bloodmoon and tribunal, which were activated through console, these most "activated" quests become completely impassable, but as bloodmoon and tribunal quest are not debugged yet to them no claims arise)
