Pretty much what it says on the title. I installed Morroblivion using the exact directions for the executable installer. My character walked to Balmora and went right for Bacola Closcius to be told where to find Caius Cosades. There was no relevant dialogue option. I used the Morrowind - Fast option to create my character.
Checked on V054 comes up the same i think it worked V053,V054,V055,Vand now V056.. You might have to get Thermador to check his Complete installation
Got Pointed out i forgot to mention i did Manual Installation..
You have to be a level four character to start the main quest. This isn't strictly enforced in Morrowind, but we did it for a reason,,

Went to see Caius Casades Everything with Worked Fine..
This is out of Build your Own Morroblivin,,With Transport Mod V10 The only Difference is I waited for Fargoth he turned around 1pm on his way to Pub..

Sugar-lips Tell you to Talk to Bocala Player is Level 1,,
Could the Problem Be something to do with changing of the Start of the Game..
Or to do with Fargoth Linking through Quest Stages..
I have the same problem. I installed v056 by following Thermador's guide. I started game by traveling from Cyrodiil by paying 1000 golds.
I'm in both Mage's Guild (I'm a Mage) and Thieves Guild. Can this be reason? I talked to everyone in South Wall over and over again and nothing helps. Can't I just go wherever the hell Caius Cosades is without getting directions? How can I continue the Main Story? I played over 30 hours so far, I can't start from the beginning... :(
Come out South Wall Cornerclub Take the steps on Your Right go up steps turn left go through to end there you will find Caius House
