Call me sad, but I've just downloaded this mod again

because the black scimitar in the middle of the screen keeps me up at night. I managed to convert it to Oblivion once, so I'm trying to get that done again, but I'm wondering- even if I do manage to convert it from Morrowind to Oblivion, can I bring it to Skyrim with me as well?
