I've gone on to doing the main quest again, and I've been named Hortator of all the houses, and Nerevarine for all the Ashlander tribes. I went back to Nibanni, which resulted in multiple quest updates, all of them under "The Fourth and Fifth Trials", the most recent update to the quest log stating that I have fulfilled both trials.
I have also gotten the package from the Archcanon, which created the quest "Meet Vivec" in my quest log, and I spoke with Danso Indules, who gave me the key to the Archcanon's door, as well as updated my quest log.
However, when I speak to the Archcanon with the keyword "Temple Doctrine", I'm confronted with the fact I'd previously killed several Ordinators. I pass the personality check, and apologize, and am given the whole "Perhaps it's time to risk trusting people" dialogue, but there's no update to my quest log, and no new dialogue options are opened up.
