it looks good for the most part but way to shiny. is that cause of the HDR or just they way you made it?

I am trying to figure out why it is so shiney and Hidiety , Did you like the weapon post for you i made ? you never replied!

i thoght i did maybe I hit preview. but its good except for the handle it should be black or at least darker than the rest of the thing.

Because they where never there, Morroblivion messed up on the conversion and the no shine makes the normal map go away which means no bumps and not effected by lights and HDR .For some reason the oblivion engine makes some of the textures in the game that have normal maps, shine i belive it is because of the converstion method and something most tell the game to do it. Which leads me to belive it got fucked up somewhere. Because my Hallu texture replacer is not coming out because all of the outside textures have that shine and they only go away when you get rid of the normal maps. Which of course would be a waste. So we have to figure out why they are made to shine.

well I could work on a new

well I could work on a new model for it, since it would have to be done any ways. I've been busy lately though that's why I haven't posted any new weapons. But when I get a chance I'll make a new model really quick. I'll see if I can't learn how to animate it so it would move like it did in MW. The only worry I have about that is converting and losing the motion, but I'll give a try soon.
