Can't change video settings?

So, I got this problem when I try to change my Texture Size to Large (from medium) it doesn't change it actually, it goes back to Medium textures? It's not really big deal, but some textures (like doors) look kinda blocky.

I have tried using Launcher,

I have tried using Launcher, OBSE and just plain Oblivion.exe

None of these seem to work?

Does your game crash on exit? This will prevent settings from saving. If it does, use Fast Exit 2.

Also, don't you by any chance have your Oblivion.ini (located in My Documents\My Games\Oblivion) set to "read-only"?
