So I have mod armour on, to be specific, I have the lost paladin's wrath armour, made for Skyrim. The NPCs keep telling me to put on clothes.
The second and more major issue, in Skyrim, not Morrowind, since I've installed the beta, certain houses are purple and completely overlap the house itself, just revealing the roof and a normal colored door. The last place I believe I saw this was Falkreath, as well as my beginning construction of the player home from Hearthfire.

I followed the mod faq, so it should have been fine. It's not every house. Just random houses.
