Hi:
As the title says, I get crash whenever I try to go there by foot for a Mage's Guild quest to kill the necromancer. As soon as I'm at a certain distance from Maar Gan, I get a crash to desktop. No matter in which direction I try to approach it from, I get a ctd. Can anyone tell my why this is happening and if there is a possible fix?

You running Complete Installation, you could try go to where you have Oblivion installed,,and Rename your DistantLOD Directory and try Again.
Oblivion\Data\DistantLOD,, to Oblivion\Data\AB_DistantLOD so your Game will not Read in Start Up Game and run there ,,i just ran there But not Quest Related
