He's got a "WTF I'm a missing Mesh" sign on his wrist following him around. Not sure why. Everything else seems to be in order. I was wondering if anyone can maybe find the certain file and send me a link to get it. Thanks!

ive tried to change the load order using a couple programs but it still is out of order on the actual oblivion start screen.

Maybe because they are in fact not missing if you intalled the mod properly.
To OP: Did you install Morroblivion for the first time or updated from older version?
If you istalled the first time, did you use the Complete Installation?
If you updated, than from what version?
Try installing the 2 latest resouce updates: v059 and v058, and see if it helps.

Are you using Complete Installation, to have a WTF, meshes\Textures are not installed Correctly,, Did you Extract them All in to Your ( Oblivion\Data ) Directory and Say Yes to Overwrite All..
With Load order Oblivion.esm Then Morrowind_ob.esm
